I did not follow the advice of Trevor to take a train to Wellington cos' as far as possible I wanted to to ride for experience.I am quite used to being riding with heavy traffic,but the terrain and navigation of getting into the city center were a real test of physical and mental strength, with lots of patience of stopping every now and then either asking for direction or referring to the mobile gps. Arriving in my targeted Marina Bay campsite almost 6pm but the sun is still shining hot and only set late at 8pm. Tomorrow will be taking a ferry crossing to South Island but had not check out the details yet.
